Prepare all foods following hotel standard recipes for Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas, ensuring safety;
Communicate effectively with guests and staff in a courteous, service-oriented manner;
Be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines;
Be able to cross-train in other kitchen related areas and work any position as needed
