Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.;
Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools; wash dishes as needed.;
Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages; stock ice, glassware, and supplies.;
Complete opening and closing duties; requisition and transport supplies; secure liquors and storage areas.;
Welcome guests, address service needs, and communicate special requests to the kitchen and team; maintain professional communication.
