Overview

Your Role in Paradise:

  • Be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our luxury resort.

Responsibilities

The Casual Front Desk Agent will support the schedules of our full-time staff. The role will provide account reconciliation services, accurate reporting, check-in services, preparation of folios, balancing of cash drawers, and PBX duties such as managing incoming calls, maintaining communication with security for emergency situations, and being the point of contact for staff, guests, and homeowners.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed
  • Basic math skills required
  • Comfortable with computer programs
  • Organized and efficient work ethic
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Pro-active approach to problem solving
