Position
Steward
ResponsibilitiesAs a Steward, you are responsible for cleaning and storing all items used by the Stewarding Department. You will also ensure the surrounding kitchen is clean and organized.
- Proper use of all dishwashing equipment (sorting, pre-wash, stacking, detergent feeding, temperature controls of machine)
- Distribute all pots, pans, utensils, etc., to the work area after cleaning
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking reservations, and giving out basic information
