Starting wage of $25.02

All new hires shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the applicable wage rate, but not less than the applicable minimum wage, during the first ninety (90) calendar days of employment

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. No experience needed—we’ll train the right person

Must have a valid Hawaii Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

What You’ll Do:

Set up and maintain beach and pool areas for guests and owners

Provide towels, lounge chairs, and assist with guest and owner requests. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Monitor pool and beach areas, reporting any safety concerns. Work outside in a beautiful tropical setting every day!

• Current Hawaii Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification required but can be provided
• Previous Recreational or Hospitality industry experience helpful
• Must possess strong verbal skills, attending to guests in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to organize work tasks efficiently
• Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
• Must work with minimal supervision
• Schedule could start as early as 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am
