Highgate Hotels is seeking a Rooms Inventory Manager to lead daily reservations operations, maximize bungalow revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee reservation systems (Opera, Syn Xis), coordinate with sales and front office, monitor inventory and rates, and guide the reservations team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
The role requires 2–5 years in hotel reservations or revenue management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to upselling
