Bartender

Marriott is hiring a Luau Bartender to deliver exceptional bar service at our resort luau experiences. In this role, you'll craft tropical cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages while engaging guests with warm, authentic hospitality that reflects island traditions. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the luau bar, managing inventory, accurately handling payments, and upholding Marriott's standards for safety, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.

You'll collaborate closely with banquet and event teams to support seamless service, peak-time efficiency, and memorable guest celebrations in a vibrant outdoor setting.
