Full-Time Hourly Rate: $28.47

Hourly Wage: $28.47 + tips

Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.

• Greeting and escorting guests to rooms.
• Opening doors and assisting guests/visitors entering and leaving property.
• Informing guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Identifying and explaining room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services).
• Transporting guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assisting with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assisting guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supplying guests with directions.
• Arranging transportation (e.g., taxicab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and recording advance transportation request as needed.
• Communicating parking procedures to guests/visitors.

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To become a Door Attendant at HVC:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
