Experience- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, food & beverage, or high-volume hospitality environments.
- Experience managing coffee bar, café, or food service operations preferred.
Serv Safe certification required or must be able to obtain one.

Job Description- Leads and develops a high-performing team by setting expectations, coaching performance, and promoting accountability to company standards.
- Recruits, hires, trains, and retains diverse team members while identifying and developing internal talent.
- Drives sales growth and profitability by achieving store sales, budget, payroll, and expense goals.
- Uses reporting, analytics, and business trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased productivity.
- Oversees daily retail and café/food & beverage operations to ensure excellent guest experiences and brand standards.
- Ensures compliance with food safety, health regulations, sanitation standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Manages inventory, loss prevention, equipment maintenance, and operational processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Provides hands‑on leadership through floor presence, coaching, team recognition, and performance management.
- Builds strong relationships with leadership, partner organizations, and cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Maintains visual merchandising, store presentation, and service standards while promoting a welcoming guest environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen including payroll management, inventory control, and expense management.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance.
- Must be 21 years of age for liquor sales (where applicable).
- Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling tools, inventory management systems, and operational reporting.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
