Bank Branch Manager

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: Bank Branch Manager

Location: Lahaina, HI

Pay: $80,000 to $115,000/year

Experience: 3 years of proven experience in retail sales or financial services required

Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred

Type: Full-time;

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Rotational Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Bank Branch Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development
• Manage service delivery, sales pipelines, and customer engagement using digital tools and CRM platforms
• Assist with branch operations management and daily oversight
• Handle sales pipeline management and business development
• Manage budgets and financial reporting
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development

• Possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through NMLS within 60 days of hire
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Customer-focused with ability to build long-term community relationships
• Accountable, results-driven, and goal-oriented
• Collaborative coach who sets clear expectations and drives performance
