Position: Branch Manager

Location: Lahaina, HI

Pay: $115k/year

Experience: 3 years of proven experience in retail sales or financial services required

Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Branch Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership
• Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development
• Proficiency in digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines, and customer engagement
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through NMLS within 60 days of hire

• Branch operations management and daily oversight
