The Store Manager is responsible for achieving the budgeted net sales and operating profit for the store, ensuring a high-performing client experience, and overseeing staffing and operations.

• Achieve or exceed direct contribution and budgeted net sales.
• Identify opportunities and develop solutions to increase traffic, improve client experience, and support sales and operations teams.
• Create strategies to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual results while maximizing productivity.
• Plan and execute local events that tie to the community to drive incremental traffic and sales.
• Establish a high-performance selling environment that emulates Lilly Pulitzer culture and exceeds client expectations.
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients through product knowledge and community events.
• Resolve client issues promptly and positively.
• Oversee financial management, including payroll and expense budgets.
• Delegate divisions of responsibility to achieve goals and foster team skills.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams; provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate personnel; maintain compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to maintain inventory integrity and visual standards.
• Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards as set by Visual and Retail Operations teams.

• Four-year college degree preferred, not required.
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Deep understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for long periods during shift hours.

This full‑time salaried position offers standard company benefits, including health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and product discounts. Compensation ranges from $54,300 to $81,000 annually, with potential bonus or commission and flexible working hours to accommodate the seasonal nature of the business.
