Assistant Store Manager

Tommy Bahama is an island‑inspired brand delivering a relaxed lifestyle. As an ambassador you will represent the brand, inspire guests with world‑class service, and lead the store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

• Create a relaxed destination: partner with the Store Manager, motivate and support the team to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspects of store operations, role‑modeling key sales and service behaviors with every team member.
• Develop a culture of selling by achieving the sales plan through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes.
• Coach and develop retail team members, promote internal career growth, and set clear performance expectations.

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management team supervision experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to analyze reports to identify opportunities for merchandising adjustments.
• College degree in Business or a related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required.

• Lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Bend, stoop, or kneel frequently.
• Climb ladders occasionally.
• Routine standing up to 8 hours per shift.
• Work varied hours, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

$22.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and budget.
