Lahaina Gateway (On-Site) Part time and Full time $17-$21.50 hr

Aloha. We re excited to welcome a Sales Associate at our Lahaina Gateway location. If you have an eye for fashion, a heart for service, and enjoy creating a welcoming store environment, you could be the one.

Please note:

this is not a seasonal position and availability for one weekend shift is required.

Store hours: 10am - 6pm daily.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide personalized styling advice based on the customer s needs
• Work well alongside team members, contributing to a supportive work dynamic
• Accurately process sales, returns and store credit using the POS system
• Maintain store cleanliness and help restock inventory
• Stay informed about merchandise and special events

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Stand and move around the store for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Carry multiple items on hangers
• Squat down to restock low drawers
• Stand on a ladder
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

It was a well-intentioned and innocent idea. It seemed that most boutiques on Maui back in 2006 were beyond reach for the thousands of women who live and work on the island. Mahina s co-founders thought a boutique that sold stylish clothing at more affordable prices may meet their needs. They didn t imagine that Mahina would not only become a local favorite but that visitors would also flock to their stores.

And since that first store opened in Paia, Mahina has grown to a 16-store chain on Maui, Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island along with the recent launch of our sister stores, Roger.
