Overview

Seasonal Sales Associate role for Lilly Pulitzer, focused on delivering exceptional client service and supporting store operations in a fashion retail environment.

• Assist clientele and support the operational and sales needs of the business.
• Understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure a positive client experience.
• Drive sales by providing exceptional service with product knowledge, awareness of market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain visual and operational standards as set by Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
