Linkage Marketing Coordinator – Sales & Marketing team at Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach, Lahaina, HI.
CompensationHourly Rate: $16.00 per hour with production pay. Annual pay range (base wages + production pay) $34,796 to $127,018. UNCAPPED commission & bonuses.
Sign‑On BonusUp to $2,000 sign‑on bonus potential:
- $1,000 after 45 days and $1,000 after six months for 1 year of timeshare experience.
- $500 after 45 days and $500 after six months for no timeshare experience.
- Additional terms and conditions apply.
Hours:
7 am – 8 pm with typical shifts of 7 am – 1:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 8 pm. Rotating shifts, 5 days per week, with weekend work required. Subject to business needs.

- Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
- Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
- Deliver high‑level service to exceed sales presentation and volume production goals.
- Ensure all guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more.
- Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
- Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
- Background and drug screening may be required per state and local regulations.
- Physical requirements:
reach overhead and below knees; perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
