Sales Associate

Position Summary

Sales Associate at Lilly Pulitzer – supporting the operational and sales needs of the retail store. This part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt role requires staying on your feet during shift hours, being able to lift up to 20 pounds, and communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.

• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including its lifestyle, clientele, merchandise, and heritage.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure a positive client experience.
• Drive sales by providing exceptional service using product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Support visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to the store management team on selling opportunities and successes.
• Embrace and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, aligning with Core Values.
• Maintain compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies, the Code of Conduct, and detailed employee guidelines.

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Adaptive to flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays due to seasonality.

Pay Range: $19.00 – $22.00/hr, based on qualifications, experience, location, and state/local wage laws.
