Security Officer - Hospital Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter routes; conditions may vary by location and time of day.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, noise complaints, and suspicious activity.;
Control access as directed by post orders by monitoring entrances, verifying resident and/or visitor authorization, and assisting with visitor check-in and/or directing traffic flow as needed.;
Document security-related activities, patrol observations, and incidents in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate timely updates to site management and/or local responders when required.
