• Assisting with demolition, carpentry, electrical work, finish installations, and general construction tasks
• Operating drills, pneumatic tools, shovels, hammers, and other power tools
• Cleaning and preparing job sites for safe and efficient work
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Building and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, barricades, and temporary structures
• Measuring, marking, and preparing work areas
• Digging trenches, leveling ground, and assisting with site prep
• Keeping job sites organized, safe, and running smoothly
• Working closely with supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete projects on schedule

• Hardworking individuals with strong work ethic
• Dependable team players who show up ready to work
• People who are willing to learn and take direction
• Construction or labor experience is a plus - but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors, in the heat, and on physically demanding job sites
• Ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, and stay active throughout the day
