- Pay Rate: $32.33 an hour (All new hires shall receive ninety percent (90%) of the applicable wage rate, but not less than the applicable minimum wage, during the first ninety (90) calendar days of employment)
The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician III is to ensure exceptional guest and owner services by effectively maintaining the machinery, equipment, and infrastructure within their designated scope. The role is vital in upholding an efficient, dependable, safe, and conducive environment for our esteemed owners, valued guests, and respected team members.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous hospitality industry preferred.
- Ability, knowledge, and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work cohesively with co‑workers as part of a team.
- Ability to establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities preferred.
- Possession of a valid Hawaii driver’s license
