Job Description Summary Road Mechanic

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose, and make advanced repairs at the customer's location in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime.
• Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote locations.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Collaborate with an incredible team in a safety-focused environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL license may be required in some locations).
• May need to provide mechanic’s tools of trade.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

$23.52 - $32.34 per hour.
