Operations Driver

Description

The Operations Driver is essential to delivering a safe, comfortable, and seamless guest experience while keeping daily operations running smoothly. As a representative of Maui Resort Rentals, you will balance professionalism with a warm, approachable presence, ensuring every interaction upholds our standard of exceptional hospitality. This role supports both our housekeeping operations and guest services by managing transportation, deliveries, and inventory logistics across our properties.

Requirements

• Transport housekeeping staff (housemen, housekeepers, and inspectors) to and from properties throughout the day
• Deliver housekeeping supplies and equipment to properties as requested by the Housekeeping team
• Fulfill guest requests by delivering items coordinated by the Guest Experience team
• Pick up and deliver check-in amenities for arriving guests, including Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, futons, and other requested items
• Complete assigned "Operations Delivery" drop and pick-up tasks within the inventory management system
• Maintain certification and training requirements for handling all inventory items
• Organize efficient delivery routes (loops) to collect soiled linens and return them to the warehouse for processing
• Assist with sorting soiled linens and towels at the warehouse

Vehicle Maintenance & Organization

• Stock and organize vehicle daily to maintain proper par levels of commonly needed supplies
• Keep vehicle clean, organized, and professionally presentable at all times
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicle is fueled for daily operations
  
  Track vehicle service requirements and ensure maintenance is current
• Maintain standard supply kit including hand truck, trash bags, rags, bungees, and gloves

Additional Support

• Assist with other operational duties, including houseman tasks, as business needs require
