The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Planner to support the Project Manager in delivering a multi-million dollar portfolio of construction projects. You will help develop project documents, write detailed scopes, log RFIs and transmittals, publish meeting minutes, and assist with close-out documentation.
Reporting to the Project Manager-FAM, you will coordinate meetings, track schedules and costs, review payments to contractors, and ensure accurate records and smooth project close-out.
