IT Project Manager
Job Summary
Our client, a leading media & entertainment company, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to deliver solutions that align to business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and support collaborative innovation. The Technical Delivery Manager supports the tactical execution of WMS Supply Chain services, vendor deliverables, and day-to-day delivery activities. This role partners closely with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate work, track commitments, manage risks, and remove roadblocks that impact delivery.
The role requires working knowledge of WMS business processes, technical delivery practices, vendor management, and service operations. A successful candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across internal teams and external partners. This role helps ensure vendor work, service requests, enhancements, testing, support needs, and project activities stay aligned to business priorities and delivery timelines.
- Manage day-to-day delivery activities across WMS Supply Chain vendor-managed services, support, and enhancement work
- Coordinate vendor intake, work assignments, deliverables, commitments, and follow-through
- Track service performance, operational issues, escalations, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Facilitate vendor status meetings, issue reviews, and delivery planning sessions
- Partner with business, technical, and project teams to align priorities and remove delivery blockers
- Monitor progress against commitments and drive accountability for timely resolution of issues and deliverables
- Support testing coordination, release readiness, production support transitions, and service improvement initiatives
- Maintain delivery documentation and communicate status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of total experience in delivery, vendor coordination, service management, application support, or related roles in distribution or manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, WMS, Supply Chain, or related business capabilities
- Experience managing vendor deliverables, service commitments, issue follow-up, and operational escalations
- Experience coordinating work across internal teams, external vendors, business partners, and project managers
- Working knowledge of software delivery practices, application support processes, testing coordination, and release readiness
- Ability to manage competing priorities, track details, and drive follow-through across multiple work streams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including status reporting and stakeholder updates
- Ability to identify delivery risks, clarify ownership, and drive practical resolution plans
- Experience supporting tactical planning, backlog coordination, enhancement intake, and service improvement activities
- Prior experience with Blue Yonder WMS or other WMS platforms
- Experience working with third-party technology vendors, managed service providers, or implementation partners
- Experience supporting warehouse, distribution center, merchandise, or food and beverage supply chain operations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, Dev Ops, CI/CD, testing, incident management, and service transition practices
- Experience with cloud, SaaS, integration, or ETL-based solutions
- Experience creating delivery dashboards, status reports, action trackers, RAID logs, or vendor scorecards

The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
