Position Overview

Servers at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill are ambassadors of the guest experience. This role combines hospitality, efficiency, and product knowledge to ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in their dining choices. Ideal candidates are attentive, professional, and energized by a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive service to all guests
• Guide guests through the menu, offering knowledgeable recommendations for food and beverages
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy and presentation standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns
• Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas throughout service
• Process guest checks and payments accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service
• Follow all service standards, safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines
• Complete side work and closing duties as assigned

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale casual restaurant environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
