Join our Food and Beverage team at Letter Press, an energetic, lakefront restaurant at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. Open daily for brunch, Letter Press offers scratch‑made American comfort classics with a Southern twist in a fun and inviting atmosphere. We’re hiring a Host to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

The ideal candidate has food and beverage experience, a spirit to serve, experience with Open Table, and open availability.

Shift pattern: Full availability required 8-hour shift between 7AM-10PM

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

• Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
