Bechtel is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead a team on the Lake Charles LNG project. You will supervise superintendents and crafts, direct field activities, coordinate subcontract work, and ensure productive output while complying with project policies, procedures, and schedules.
You will manage workforce planning, tool and equipment usage, safety and quality assurance, and coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to deliver within budgets.
