Codaray Construction is looking for a Superintendent to run commercial jobsites across the region , including Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and surrounding areas

• Driving schedule, safety, and quality from start to finish
• Leading subcontractors and maintaining accountability
• Partnering with PMs to deliver on-time, on-budget projects
• Creating a jobsite culture that reflects integrity and excellence

• 10+ years in construction, 7+ years leading jobs
• Deep understanding of scheduling, safety, and field execution
• Willingness to travel across TX, LA, MS and surrounding areas
