Capture high-quality photos and videos of shipbuilding, repairs, dry docking, dredging, equipment, projects, and company events.
Film procedural and safety videos in collaboration with technical departments.
Edit and prepare content for LMS, social media, website, reports, and marketing materials.
Conduct on-site shoots in marine and industrial environments (on land and onboard vessels/barges).
Ensure professional presentation, branding, lighting, and color correction.
Organize, back up, and maintain digital media archives.
Support marketing, HR, and operations with content for training, recruitment, and corporate publications.
Produce before-and-after project documentation and client update materials.
Follow all HSE protocols and use required PPE.
Coordinate shoot schedules with operations teams without disrupting workflow.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:Diploma or certification in Photography, Media Arts, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ professional photography/videography experience (industrial/marine preferred).
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
Drone operation and maritime knowledge are assets.
Strong visual storytelling and composition skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Creative, reliable, and safety-conscious.
