Inpatient and Outpatient Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a high-performing and established surgical program in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Position Highlights:

Practice includes both inpatient and outpatient cardiothoracic care Perform open and minimally invasive cardiac and thoracic procedures

Robotics available

TAVR-certified program (first in the nation to achieve certification)
EPIC electronic medical record system

Open to experienced surgeons and new graduates, including 2027 and 2028 fellows

Clinical Scope:

Aortic surgery

Minimally invasive valve repair and replacement

Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)
Thoracic surgery involving lung and chest cavity diseases

Endovascular and minimally invasive procedures

Qualifications:

Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery required

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure
