Environmental | Health | Safety | Chemical Manufacturing
Seeking an EHS Analyst to support environmental compliance, workplace safety initiatives, and regulatory programs at its Lake Charles facility.
This is a highly visible role working directly with plant operations and maintenance teams to drive safety performance, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.
What You'll Do:- Manage air, wastewater, and hazardous waste compliance programs
- Maintain environmental permits, reporting, and regulatory documentation
- Support Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work, Confined Space, and other life safety programs
- Conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and risk analyses
- Assist with process safety initiatives including PHA, PSSR, and MOC activities
- Support emergency response planning and training
- Deliver EHS training and promote a strong safety culture
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve safety and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
- 3-5+ years of EHS experience in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, refining, or industrial environments
- Experience with environmental compliance, permitting, and reporting
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- CSP certification is a plus
- 401K with 5% company match
