Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead small-to-mid-size Instrumentation & Electrical capital projects within a refinery or petrochemical environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage projects from FEL through execution and closeout
- Lead engineering, construction contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Oversee cost, schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and risk management
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, KPIs, and stakeholder updates
- Manage contractor performance and ensure operational readiness
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of project management experience in oil & gas, refining, or petrochemical industries
- Strong experience managing refinery/petrochemical capital projects
- Experience with I&E projects preferred
- Experience managing engineering and construction contractors
