Operated and Maintained Fleet of Mobile Cranes
Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for an HSE Lead, located in Lake Charles, LA. The HSE Lead will be responsible for outlining and enforcing company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Daily tasks include conducting safety audits, managing occupational health programs, facilitating safety training sessions, and promoting environmental awareness throughout the organization.
Additional responsibilities include safety system updated, new-hire orientation, incident investigation, risk assessment, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate workplace hazards.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety practices
- Understanding of Environmental Awareness and Occupational Health principles
- Experience in developing, coordinating, and delivering Training sessions related to HSE
- Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Certification in OSHA or related HSE programs is a plus
