As a Senior Consultant you will be expected to play a critical role in supporting the continuous improvement of the products and services, we offer our clients.

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Net Suite experience, including configuration, implementation, consulting/administration, support, and escalations.
• Net Suite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator
• Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP
• Familiarity with common Net Suite Suiteapps (Preferred)
• Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing a team of 3+ consultants working across multiple engagements.

• Act as subject matter expert and key contributor to service delivery for accounts assigned to the team
• Ensure client satisfaction on assigned accounts by addressing requests within defined SLAs; typically, 3-6 projects or as needed.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, quality of services provided, opportunities for improvement, etc.
• Responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures, leading work streams, and supporting implementations
• Create functional requirements as an input to Business Requirements Design.
• Build, develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
• Drive test planning, execution, and optimization of support.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
• Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents resulting from the above noted mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for customer approval.
• Drive the optimization process to facilitate client requirements with the technical developers
• Train, mentor, and act as subject matter expert for team on both technical and functional skill sets.
• Advise client on standard functionality, leading best practices for software and industry
