Job DescriptionThe Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles before delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.
Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Maintain the daily housekeeping of the office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
- Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper locations.
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
- Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
- Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to multitask.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Clear close vision required.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements
- Pulling/pushing, carrying.
- Walking 5+ miles.
- Sitting and standing 5+ hours per shift.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling as needed.
- Operate a motor vehicle.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work near moving mechanical parts.

Compensation$14–$17 per hour, commensurate with skill, education, and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
