Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles before delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper locations.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
• Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling/pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+ miles.
• Sitting and standing 5+ hours per shift.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling as needed.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work near moving mechanical parts.

$14–$17 per hour, commensurate with skill, education, and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
