DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promoting safety in all areas by ensuring that all safety instructions are properly observed.
• Completing all assigned work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and specifications outlined in manuals.
• Signing, recording, and taking responsibility for all work performed.
• Maintaining alertness to identify and prevent unsafe or hazardous practices by oneself or others.
• Reporting hazards and equipment issues to the Hangar Lead or Repair Station Manager.
• Properly using all company tools, parts, equipment, and materials.
• Keeping a clean, safe, and organized work area, including personal and shop equipment.
• Staying updated on manual changes, policy updates, and rules regarding conduct.
• Promptly informing the Hangar Lead of aircraft irregularities, major maintenance discrepancies, project delays, record issues, or emergencies.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid FAA A&P license required.
• Ability to operate MS Office Suite and web-based programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Possession or ability to obtain a valid passport.
• Previous training or experience with company-specific airframes is preferred.
• Attention to detail, quick learning ability, and self-motivation.
