Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full‑time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to residential and commercial customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This production‑based position leads the industry in potential earnings.

As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. Not only will you be recognized as a hero to our customers as you save them from pesky intruders, but you will also build lifelong client relationships. You search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.

Your calm, helpful demeanor puts customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution. Each day is an opportunity to demonstrate professionalism and drive for excellence. You collect service payments from customers and are always patient and more than happy to answer questions. You take pride in your work and keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing/certification exams
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary – we will train the right person
