Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lake Charles, LA. The Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient project management. Responsibilities include supervising service team members, scheduling and dispatching service requests, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance and repair issues, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with company standards and regulations. The Service Manager will also develop strategies to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Management and leadership skills, including team supervision, task delegation, and performance monitoring
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and operational coordination
  • Customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve issues
  • Knowledge of manufactured homes or a related industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, such as scheduling or inventory management software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in management or a related field are a plus
