I’m currently partnering with a large industrial organization seeking a Director of Service Center Operations to lead a major Gulf Coast facility supporting safety-critical rotating and flow-control equipment, including cryogenic and process pumps, motors, and actuated valves. This leader will have full ownership of site facilities strategy, asset lifecycle management, and safe, compliant service center operations across warehouse, yard, and repair activities.
The role oversees shop and field repair execution, OEM-compliant inspection and testing, outage and turnaround readiness, repairable spares governance, and OPEX/CAPEX performance while building and developing a high-performing mechanical, electrical, inspection, and materials management team.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of rotating equipment or industrial service center leadership experience, strong safety ownership, and a true owner-operator mindset. If this sounds like you or someone in your network, let’s connect.
