LaboratoryOperations Manager | Manufacturing
Lead plant-wide quality systems and laboratory operations supporting multi-shift production in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Responsible for maintaining an ISO-based Quality Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product integrity and operational performance.
Oversee quality laboratory personnel, develop team capability, and promote a culture focused on safety, cleanliness, and process excellence. Monitor production metrics, manage nonconformance and corrective actions, and ensure traceability, testing accuracy, and certification of shipped materials.
Collaborate with plant and corporate leadership to report performance, support audits, resolve customer concerns, and implement process improvements while maintaining equipment verification and specification control.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field
- 5+ years leading quality teams in manufacturing
- ISO-based QMS & regulatory compliance experience
- Root cause analysis & corrective action systems
- Continuous improvement / lean process mindset
- Laboratory testing, traceability & quality data reporting
