Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Operate and load materials into the batch plant with precision and care.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment.
- Oversee maintenance of all related areas, equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in the batch plant.
- Proficiency in operating the batch plant and Command Alkon System
- Detailed knowledge of the batch plant operations and equipment
- Ability to operate equipment effectively
- Basic mechanical skills for maintenance and repairs of the batch plant
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, front end loader, and ready-mix truck.
- Experience in materials handling, fabrication, and batch plant repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in concrete batch plants or related field
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
