Nurse Practitioner, FNP, Grrad and Exp. NP

Overview

Nurse Practitioner needed for a small town community, hospital setting. The FNP will work closely with a physician and provide direct patient care for all age populations. Two openings exist: one will consider a New Grad and one requires 2+ years of experience. Clinic setting is rural health; the exp. NP role will be for direct patient care.

• Provide direct patient care for all age groups in a hospital/clinic setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Work in a rural clinic setting with a focus on primary care and acute care needs, as applicable.
• Coordinate with hospital departments and services as needed.

• 1+ year of experience as an FNP/NP;
  New Grad considered for clinic setting.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent; NP certification as appropriate.
• Strong hospital experience or exposure in relevant roles is preferred.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
