Overview
DaVita is seeking an RN to deliver dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You will provide on-site treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease, offering high-quality, compassionate care directly in the facility setting.
The position is PRN, with coverage approximately 4 days per month at the Lafayette, LA area SNF sites.
Responsibilities- Provide dialysis treatment to patients at SNF partner sites
- Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
- Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Dialysis experience required
- Fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs
- Dialysis experience and 1+ year working as a Registered Nurse
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
- CNN or CDN certification preferred
