American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 4-5 years of ED experience and Epic ASAP proficiency.

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital environment
• 13-week assignment
• Evening shift schedule (3x12 hours, 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
• Uses Epic ASAP charting system
• Floating required in rotation with staff, in accordance with facility floating policies and clinical experience
• 4 hours of non-billable orientation modules required through Health Stream

• Active RN license (LA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
• ENPC and NRP certifications preferred
• Minimum 4-5 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Level 3 or above trauma center experience preferred
• Epic ASAP charting experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• Provide emergency department nursing care in a fast-paced trauma setting
• Travel experience preferred
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Minimal to no time off requests accommodated during the assignment
• Any RTO must be approved and documented prior to the start of the assignment
• Expect to work some holidays
