We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Alternate Director of Nursing (ADON) position in the Lake Charles area.
Job Description:TheADONwill supervise staff, facilitate IDT meetings, and inform staff of new policies and procedures. The Director of Nursing will assist with recruitment, retention, and training of the nurses and other clinical staff, and in giving direction and guidance to all patient care services.
Qualifications:- LicensedRNin the State of Louisiana - required
- 5+ years’ experience as an RN with management experience- required
- BSN degree or five years of equivalent management experience
-required - Experience with Hospice or home health - preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background check,drug screen, and driving record
- Semi-monthly pay periods - Direct Deposit
