Member Services Representative

Responsibilities- Provide members with an exceptional experience and encourage them to achieve fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.
- Support member enrollment and administration at the welcome desk.
- Introduce members to Black Card amenities and benefits.
- Conduct non‑high‑pressure tours of the club.
- Assist members as needed while maintaining a high‑energy, positive attitude.
- Participate in team leadership and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Passion for helping others.
- Ability to communicate effectively and stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as described below.
- On‑time dependability and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch frequently.
