We're seeking a motivated and outgoing Residential Sales Associate to join our growing team in Lake Charles. In this role, you'll focus on building relationships with homeowners, inspecting roofs, educating customers on their options, and closing sales for residential roofing projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales drive who wants uncapped earning potential in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

Experience in roofing or construction is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate with strong interpersonal skills.

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and community events in Southwest Louisiana.
• Conduct free roof inspections to assess damage (e.g., from storms, hail, or wear) and identify customer needs.
• Present roofing solutions, provide accurate estimates, and guide homeowners through the sales process.
• Assist customers with insurance claims for storm damage, including meeting with adjusters when needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding our values of honesty and quality service.
• Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff.

• Proven sales experience (roofing, home improvement, construction, or insurance preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable knocking doors and building rapport.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; able to work independently and handle rejection.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
• Ability to climb ladders and perform basic roof inspections safely.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions common to Louisiana.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
