Surveillance Operator
The Surveillance Operator's main function is to provide a friendly and safe environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets. Responsibilities include consistently delivering positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. Exercise good judgment in solving problems and resolution of guest issues. Uphold and enforce gaming regulations, company policies, and procedures, as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations.
Read, interpret, and analyze security reports and other company documents daily. Based on location, may be required to conduct investigations into a variety of internal and external incidents and create detailed reports to reflect findings. Monitor incidents resulting in loss and investigate to determine the source of the loss. Work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the operation, including nights and weekends when necessary.
Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity, and a strong work ethic. Overall surveillance-monitoring of all Casino activities. Monitoring all games-noting any suspicious activity. Utilize necessary equipment to identify, record, document, and report illegal, suspicious, or unusual activities occurring on property.
One year or more of surveillance experience. Have or are able to obtain any gaming license that may be required. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Pay Range USD $15.00 - USD $16.00 /Hr. Tipped Position. This position does not earn tips.
