• Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, digging, and moving materials.
• Assist a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
• Prepare layout area where construction will take place by accurately measuring, marking, or recording openings or distances.
• Clean and prepare specific areas of the jobsite as assigned.
• Clean up rubble, debris, and trash; or remove hazardous materials.
• Operate a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Demonstrate excellent work practices through compliance and support for all site safety and health rules and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of commercial construction experience preferred
• Flexible, with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Self-starter who can take initiative and drive results

• Maintain a friendly, respectful, professional, and courteous attitude with all people, including Perrier Esquerré Contractors employees, Board members, community and philanthropic partners, funders, and vendors.
• Model superior customer service behavior by maintaining positive relationships with Perrier Esquerré Contractors stakeholders.
• Contribute as a positive and effective team member; work effectively with other team members to accomplish Perrier Esquerré Contractors goals.
• Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling; be honest and fair in all business dealings.

• Regularly lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, stretch, pull, drive, and shift gears. Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects or controls, speak and hear.
• Must be able to traverse the worksite in various weather conditions and bend, climb, stretch, reach, and lean to make inspections.
• May require standing for extended periods. Vision abilities (with correction) include near and distance, peripheral, depth, and the ability to focus.

• This job operates primarily outdoors.
