What You’ll Do
- Perform visual & mechanical inspections on industrial rotating equipment.
- Execute lubrication-related preventive maintenance tasks (PMs).
- Operate advanced lube oil service skids and filtration/dehydration equipment.
- Collect and maintain oil samples with integrity for laboratory testing.
- Fill reservoirs and grease equipment using standard operating procedures (SOP’s) .
- Maintain an organized inventory and ensure proper min/max levels of products.
- Accurate record keeping and data management for quality control and compliance.
- Follow safe guidelines for used oil removal and coordinate proper disposal.
- Perform safe operation of industrial equipment (forklift, truck, aerial lift, etc.).
- Participate in technical training and certification courses.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
What We are looking for
- Experience:
2+ years in industrial or offshore lubrication/maintenance preferred. - Certifications:
OMA, MLA, MLT, or ICML certifications are a plus. - Credentials: TWIC card (or ability to obtain), valid driver’s license, a clean driving preferred.
- Must be able to obtain plant safety clearances.
- Skills:
Knowledge of industrial rotating equipment, OSHA safety standards, and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office). - Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call.
- High School diploma or GED required.
